Customers are responsible for reviewing the report details before placing an order. Any customization requests should be communicated during the ordering process. Delivery timelines are estimated and begin after payment confirmation. While we strive to deliver syndicated reports within 12–24 working hours and customized reports within 24–48 working hours, delivery may vary depending on the scope of customization or unforeseen circumstances.
All payments must be completed through our approved payment methods before report processing begins. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are considered final and are generally non-refundable once the report has been delivered.
